“Raising Our Voices” for Illinois Families and ChildrenOn Wednesday, August 11, 2021, United Voices for Children hosted “Raising Our Voices,” an online event celebrating UVC agency partners, honoring NIC child advocates, and thanking UVC supporters. We celebrated the ways that individuals and congregations make a difference in the lives of children and families in need in Northern Illinois. Viewers were inspired to get involved through advocacy, financial support, and working with lawmakers to protect the most vulnerable of their constituents.
